  1. Object<\/strong>
    These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions”) govern the contractual relationship between [Name of the selling company] (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) regarding the purchase of automobiles (hereinafter referred to as the “Vehicles”).<\/li>
  2. Acceptance of the Conditions

  4. Price and Payment

    7. Liability

    7.1 The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, special, consequential, or immaterial damages arising from the use of the Vehicles.<\/p>


    8. Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

    8.1 The Buyer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.<\/p>

    8.2 The terms for exercising this right are specified in the Seller’s return policy.<\/p>

    9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>
